The National Center for School Mental Health (NCSMH) offers a postdoctoral fellowship in child and adolescent mental health. This position involves opportunities to advance skills in research, training, policy, and practice related to child and adolescent mental health services, all with an emphasis on school-based services.

Fellows work with leaders and faculty in the areas of school mental health, which may include specialized training in evidence-based practice implementation, prevention and intervention programming in schools, mental health workforce development initiatives for school staff and school mental health clinicians, Systems of Care, and family engagement.

In addition to collaborating on school mental health research and training activities, the fellowship may include the opportunity for clinical practice in schools, depending on candidates’ interests and experience.
