Biosketch
Dr. Wieland has been involved with the identification of systematic review evidence and the development of controlled trials databases for Cochrane since 2001 and with the Cochrane Complementary Medicine Field since 2006. She has co-authored multiple research articles and Cochrane systematic reviews. She is committed to the further development and refinement of the evidence base for reviews on the efficacy and effectiveness of CAM therapies, and to bringing this evidence to clinicians, consumers and policy makers so that it may be incorporated into practice.
