Biosketch

Dr. Roggio attended University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He began residency in Emergency Medicine at New York Presbyterian Hospital and completed training at University of Maryland Medical Center, becoming Residency Chief and completing an Emergency Department Administration Fellowship. Dr. Roggio is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine by the Amercian Board of Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Roggio is the current Assistant Director of Emergency Medicine at University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown Campus, and is the Medical Director of Telehealth for University of Maryland Medical System and Access Center, and for the Department of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Roggio act as the Medical Director of UMEM TeleTriage and TeleSNF. He also serves as Chair of UMMC Midtown Hospital's Medical Staff Quality Committee.
