Biosketch
Dr. O'Reilly graduated from New York Medical College and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her OB/GYN and MFM training at the University of Washington in Seattle. She remained at the University of Washington as Assistant Professor in the Department of Maternal-Fetal Medicine until returning to the east coast and accepting an attending physician position at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore where she was actively involved in resident education. During this time, she was recognized for her teaching efforts as the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine Outstanding OB/GYN Educator Award and the CREOG National Faculty Award for Excellence in Resident Education. She was also recognized as a "Baltimore Magazine Top Doc" in 2015. Dr. O'Reilly's clinical interests include medical complications in pregnancy, particularly diabetes and hypertension. Dr. O'Reilly's academic interests include medical education and community outreach to encourage careers in the medical field. She has been educating medical students and residents since her own years in training and has completed her certificate in Evidence-based Teaching in Health Professions from Johns Hopkins University. She joined the Department of OB/GYN at UMMS in 2023 as an Assistant Professor. She is a member of ACOG, SMFM and AIUM and serves on the OBGYN clerkship committee at UMMS. In her spare time, she enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her family.
