Biosketch
Kate is a certified nurse midwife who is passionate about providing trauma-informed and evidence-based care. She aims to empower patients to make safe and well informed decisions about their bodies and reproductive options from teenagehood to pregnancy to menopause.
She has particular interest and advanced training in reproductive mood disorders - the intersection between mental health and women's health. This includes premenstrual dysphoric disorders, mood disorders in pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, and mental health support during menopause.
In her free time, Kate can be found hiking, picnicking in a park, or cuddling with her dog and cat at home in Baltimore.
