Dr. Brown obtained his PhD degree in Toxicology (Physiology and Pharmacology) from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. His postdoctoral training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine involved the use of electrophysiological approaches to investigate how ketamine and its metabolites facilitate rapid and sustained antidepressant effects.
