Biosketch
Dr. Bettwy is currently a practicing outpatient physical therapist with a passion for promoting movement in her orthopedic population. She completed her undergraduate studies in 2014 at the University of Maryland, earning her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She then continued on to Philadelphia where she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University. Since embarking on her clinical journey in 2018, she has continued to love of learning by taking continuing education courses in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), Original Strength (OS), Pelvic Health (PH1), Hand Therapy (CHS), and Dry Needling (CMTPT). In 2020, Dr. Bettwy distinguished herself as a leader in her field, becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). She thoroughly enjoys her time performing patient care and is excited to bring her clinical experience into the classroom as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Maryland Baltimore's DPT program.
