NOTE: Patients with non-palpable lesions should be referred to Radiology.

  • Non-radiologically Assisted: For non-radiologically assisted fine needle aspiration procedures, the cytology staff may be available to assist in the making of slides on-site and adequacy evaluation from 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Please call 8-5560 in advance of the procedure to check availability/feasibility.
