Education & Training
Fellowships
Our Nephrology Fellowship Program trains outstanding renal physicians who will devote their careers to patient care or academic nephrology. We provide outstanding and comprehensive training in all aspects of clinical nephrology.
The Nephrology Transplant Fellowship Program is certified by the American Society of Transplantation and is accredited for training in kidney and pancreas transplantation.
Patient Care
University of Maryland Medical Center's nephrology team diagnoses and treats a range of kidney disorders, particularly those related to high blood pressure, acute inflammation of the kidney, and the narrowing of blood vessels leading to the kidneys (renal artery stenosis).
