Biosketch

Sarah is a Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of healthcare experience and a passion for working in geriatrics and palliative care. She currently works as an Inpatient Palliative Consultant at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Downtown Baltimore, Maryland. Previous NP work experience includes long-term care, sub-acute rehab, and inpatient hospice in the Veteran’s Health Administration.  Previous RN experience includes working as a charge/bedside nurse on a medical surgical unit for over 8 years. Sarah has a sweet tooth and enjoys baking donuts and pies. She lives in Baltimore City and likes taking long walks in the city parks with her one-eyed Havanese dog named Roscoe.
