Treatment Adherence Program and Supportive Services program to help people living with HIV maintain their medical regimens

2008
Initiation of Primary Medical Care Clinic and Case Management Services for corrections population and Emergency Department Testing Program; currently Routine Serum Testing Program at University of Maryland Medical Center and Midtown Campus.

2009
Expansion of Primary Care Services to uninsured, launch of Mental Health Program, Community Engagement Model and Connect 2 Care, which is still happening with same day walk-ins at the THRIVE Program.

2011
Implementation of Preparing the Future HIV Educational program (2011-2018)

2013
Expansion of University of Maryland Medical Center Routine HIV Testing and Linkage to Care program to inpatient units

2015
Initiation of HIV Prevention Clinic; Routine Testing and Linkage to Care program expanded to include HCV and to Midtown campus

2016
JI funded to be part of Project IMPACT: the City’s new approach to high impact prevention in marginalized communities; expansion of hospital-based linkage to care services to include intensive case management for the most vulnerable patients.

2017
JI funded to be part of ViiV ACCELERATE!'s Baltimore-based learning community to improve access to HIV testing, education and support among black men who have sex with men.

2018
Opening of the new headquarters for JACQUES Initiative's Community Outreach at the The Journey Center.
