File Storage
SOM has several options available to you to store your files in a safe and reliable way. Our recommendation is to use Microsoft 365 whenever possible. M365's storage platforms include OneDrive, Sharepoint and Teams, and offer secure storage, easy file sharing and collaboration, and ongoing data backups.
SOM has a BAA in place which allows PHI/PII to exist in our Microsoft 365 environment.
