Imaging and Characterization Core
Overview
The Imaging and Characterization Core specializes in microscopy for visualization of materials at a scale ranging from millimeter to single cell level, providing a wide spectrum of imaging and characterization capabilities. The imaging core provides expertise and state-of-the-art equipment to support and complement the activities of other CBOTH Cores.
In addition to experimental consultation, services include bright field and fluorescence microscopy; NIR-II imaging in the second biological window; hyperspectral-based microscopy (CytoViva); and in vitro fluorescence imaging in the visible and near-infrared region.
