Biospecimen Repository and Clinical Research Core (BRACC)

Overview

The Biospecimen Repository and Clinical Research Core (BRACC) was developed as an effort to facilitate collaboration among an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, scientists and coordinators, who aim to answer fundamental research questions related to blood and hemodynamic function during acute illness.

BRACC offers unique resources to CBOTH investigators and collaborating clinicians (within the University of Maryland Medical System) who are interested in red blood cell (RBC) physiology and transfusion-related translational research.
