Thomas Grissom, MD, MSIS, FCCM, FASA, Professor, Division of Trauma Anesthesiology, was recently a Visiting Professor at the University of Miami where he delivered the Grand Rounds talk, “My Favorite Trauma-Related Papers in the Last Year.”

Dr. Grissom is also an assistant editor for the trauma section of Anesthesia and Analgesia and also a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) Committee on Trauma.

Most importantly, Dr. Grissom was recently nominated and appointed as one of two liaisons from the American Society of Anesthesiology to the Committee on Trauma, the American College of Surgeons.
