Promotion in rank to Associate Professor or Professor, and/or achieving tenure from the tenure track

- Ensure that all criteria listed have been met before submitting the completed packet to the OAA.
- Promotions at these ranks take four to six months to complete, as they are reviewed by the OAA, APT Committee, Executive Committee, School of Medicine Council, President and the Dean.
- Do not send an electronic copy of the candidate’s CV until you are notified by OAA. Be sure to keep track of the final version (in Word format) as requested revisions are made.
