BIRCWH Mentors
The mentor team is a key part of the BIRCWH career development program. All BIRCWH Scholars are assigned at least two mentors to provide guidance and support for the duration of their appointment. Mentors must have established research careers with a record of mentoring. The following is a list of faculty members currently approved by NIH to serve as BIRCWH mentors. An applicant may propose a faculty member who is not on this list as a potential mentor but any mentors selected will have to be approved by the BIRCWH Internal Advisory Committee and the NIH prior to appointment.
