Recovery Act Funding

President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) on February 17, 2009. The stimulus package provides an unprecedented level of funding ($10.4 billion to the NIH alone) to help stimulate the U.S. economy through the support and advancement of scientific research. Institutions must apply for these ARRA funds under NIH's grant application process, in which applications undergo review by experts.
