These sources offer a comprehensive listing of all federal and non-federal sources for the biomedical researcher.
The UMB Foundation and Office of Development staff, as well as the State of Maryland (TEDCO, MIPS, MII) are also additional sources of potential grant funding that may be available to the faculty, and focus on non-federal sources. These offerings are not on a routine basis so frequent access is recommended.
Researchers applying for new NIH funding or renewing existing grants must be in compliance with the NIH Public Access Policy. The Health Sciences and Human Services Library offers resources for faculty completing the compliance process as well as individual support for researchers needing assistance.
