Writing, Graphics and Photography Support

Web Communications staff will meet with you to assess your Web needs and develop a plan for creating or updating your Website. Web Communications staff will help organize and write content for your Website, as well as develop new graphics and photos.

Web Services include training in the use of the school's Web Content Management system, called OmniUpdate, and the School of Medicine's online calendar system.

Faculty Portraits

Faculty portraits are used for online profiles and campus publications such as SOMnews, The Buzz, the Voice and the The University of Maryland Medicine Bulletin. 

Faculty portraits may be obtained free of charge by visiting the the Photo & Graphics Group, located at MSTF 357, antyime between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. No appointment is necessary, but you may call ahead to 410-706-7808. The session takes about 5 minutes.
