Website Content Development
Web Communications staff will meet with you to assess your Web needs and develop a plan for creating or updating your Website. Web Communications staff will help organize and write content for your Website, as well as develop new graphics and photos.
Web Services include training in the use of the school's Web Content Management system and online calendar system.
Faculty portraits are used for online profiles and campus publications such as SOMnews, The Buzz, the Voice and The University of Maryland Medicine Bulletin.
Official faculty portraits can be taken free of charge at your convenience by School of Medicine photographers. The studio is located on the first floor of the Bressler Building (655 W. Baltimore Street, Room 1-009). You may stop by the studio anytime between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays. No appointment is necessary, although you may wish to call ahead to make an appointment (410-706-7808). It should take about 5 minutes.
For male portraits, please be sure to wear a suit and tie, or white coat and tie, as requested by Dean Reece. For female portraits, please wear professional attire for women or a white coat, as also requested by Dean Reece.
