Mentoring Program Overview

Many third and fourth year medical students take advantage of the Mentoring Program, which is offered by the Office of Student Affairs. The Mentoring Program pairs medical students with faculty members who share similar professional and personal qualities. Students are provided with a longitudinal relationship and ongoing guidance.
The Mentoring Program will help students:
- Build professional relationships.
- Discuss career goals and personal issues with someone outside of their direct reporting relationships.
- Receive guidance, advice and opportunities.
