Excluding the four experiences listed above, the Office of Student Research is now responsible for approving ALL research experiences. To apply for a One or Two month research experience, please complete the following and click submit by email. The forms will be directed to OSR for review and approval.

In addition to the application and declaration Off Campus and/or Drop/Add forms are required. The forms are fill-able. Once you have completed filling out the form click submit by email. The forms will be directed to OSR for review and approval.

• Drop/Add

Once your experience is approved OSR will forward all of the necessary paperwork to OSA. When the forms are received your registration/schedule will be updated.
