Description and Goals:
The elective is designed to provide practical experience in the interpretation of Pediatric Radiographs and exposure to more sophisticated Pediatric Imaging modalities. The student participates with Radiology residents in daily x-ray review, and observes the performance of other cross-sectional modalities in the Department. The aim is to provide individual assistance in the approach to Pediatric film interpretation as well as to provide better understanding of indications and limitations of more sophisticated and costly modalities.
