Description and Goals:
The student is involved with pulmonary consultations on an inpatient and outpatient basis with faculty supervision. The student is also involved with pulmonary and critical care procedures to include interpretation of pulmonary function tests arterial blood gases and observation of bronchoscopy. The student will also be exposed to a monthly pulmonary conference, an outpatient Chest Clinic, daily teaching rounds and radiology rounds.
