Kecia Hitch

Business Services Specialist

Ms. Hitch joined the Study Center in 2004.  On a daily basis, she supervises operations and administrative staff.  Also, her knowledge of the campus and her experience with budgeting, grants and contracts enable her to support the principal investigators and research staff.

Kecia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management – Operational Management at the University of Maryland University College.  She has earned a Merit Certification in Computer Operations and Programming.

In 1979, she became a member of the Distinguished American High School Students.  Kecia contributes to the community by way of soup kitchen coordination, community service work, and women’s ministries for which she has received numerous awards of recognition for outstanding and dedicated service.
