Ginny Goble, MA

Administrator

Ms. Goble manages administrative services and operations for the National Study Center including budgeting and finance, human resources and payroll, technology, grants and contracts, and conferences and meetings.  She is also a liaison to external funding agencies. 

Ginny earned her Bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University, and a Graduate Certificate  and  Master's degree in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.  She has also done graduate studies in human resource development at The Johns Hopkins University.  She is continuing education faculty at the Community College of Baltimore County, where she teaches computer applications.  Ginny is a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).  Among her areas of interest are human performance technology, workplace creativity, and human-centered system design.
