Master's in Genetic Counseling (MGC)
Prerequisites for Admission
B.S. or B.A. in biology, psychology or other related field.
At least one semester each of genetics, statistics and biochemistry.
Counseling experience (e.g. paid or volunteer work on a crisis hotline or pregnancy/reproductive counseling service).
Exposure to genetic counseling in a clinical setting is highly recommended.
