Hematology and Oncology Open Faculty Positions

Community-Based Medical Oncologist (Position #3-309-432): The University of Maryland School of Medicine and the Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center (UMGCC) is expanding its full-time clinical faculty. UMGCC has a rapidly growing multidisciplinary program and has just opened its new, state-of-the-art Roslyn and Leonard Stoler Pavilion for outpatient care. We are looking to recruit a non-tenure track faculty (Assistant/Associate Professor) to our Hematology/Oncology Division. Candidates with a track record of leadership in establishing new clinical initiatives, particularly within the Baltimore/Washington community, as well as in developing additional clinical specialties are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be board-certified in internal medicine and medical oncology and possess excellent teaching and clinical research skills. Academic rank and salary commensurate with experience.

Director, Medical Oncology for Gastrointestinal Malignancies (Position #3-309-488): The Department of Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and the Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center (UMGCC) are recruiting for a Director of Gastrointestinal Malignancies. This full-time faculty position supports the continued growth of the GI malignancies program at UMGCC. UMGCC has expanded rapidly through the development of a strong surgical oncology program, the multidisciplinary GI program and associated clinical research. Clinical space is provided in the state-of-the-art Roslyn and Leonard Stoler Pavilion designed for outpatient care. The successful candidate will be board-certified in medical oncology and possess excellent teaching and clinical/translational research skills relevant to GI malignancies. Academic rank, tenure status and salary commensurate with experience.

Full-Time Hematologist/Oncologist-Hematologic Malignancies Program (Position #3-309-470 & 491): The Department of Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and the Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center (UMGCC) are recruiting for full-time Hematologist /Oncologist physician scientist positions to support the continued growth of the Hematologic Malignancies Program at UMGCC. The UMGCC Hematologic Malignancies Program has expanded rapidly through active clinical, translational and basic research, with particular strengths in clinical trials and experimental therapeutics.  Outpatient clinical space is provided in the state-of-the-art Roslyn and Leonard Stoler Pavilion. The successful candidate will be board eligible or board-certified in hematology and/or medical oncology. Academic rank, tenure status and salary commensurate with experience.
