Description

As an integral part of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is a way of treating disorders and promotes wellness by inserting sterile needles into the skin at very specific points.  The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends acupuncture as an effective treatment for more than forty medical problems, including allergies, respiratory conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, gynecological problems, headaches, and chronic pain associated with problems like back injuries and arthritis.
