Hotel and Conference Venue Information

The 2011 Annual International Meeting of the Institute of Human Virology will be held in two locations in downtown Baltimore: Baltimore Marriott Waterfront and the UMB SMC Campus Center. The hotel will be the site of our general session and will house our guests during the conference. The Campus Center will house our posters for the duration of the conference and will be the site of an evening reception/poster session.

Baltimore Marriott Waterfront

The Waterfront is located in a fantastic Baltimore neighborhood called Harbor East, located on the waterfront across from Federal Hill and situated between Baltimore's famous Inner Harbor and our historic seaport community Fells Point. Harbor East is home to many shops and restaurants, providing our meeting participants ample time to socialize, renew friendships, and build new collaborations.
