Abstract Submission

Note - Submitting your abstract authorizes IHV and the online publisher permission to publish the data contained therein.

Please use the attached form when submitting abstracts. If the instructions on the form are not followed, you will be asked to resubmit a corrected version. Be sure to underline the presenting author's name and include the names of all co-authors and the appropriate affiliation information. Pleas adhere to the size and space limitations. All abstracts should be submitted in Microsoft Word.

When submitting your abstract, please put "(Your name) - Meeting Abstract" on the subject line in your email.

Abstracts will be reviewed on rolling basis and notifications will be made as decision information is available.

Only abstracts submitted using the downloaded form will be considered.
