Project CHAMP

About Us

Project Champ is a nutrition and physical activity program designed to build healthy habits among preschool children in Maryland. Fun with new foods uses fun activities to have kids explore and try new foods. Get Movin' with Mighty Moves is designed to help preschoolers' develop their motor skills, build confidence and increase physical activity. Our team will monitor kids growth, motor skills, and food preferences several times over the year.

Anthropometry

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Waist Circumference
  • Wearing an actical for one week

Food Knowledge

  • Food Tasting
  • Food Preference

Gross Motor Development
