Dr. Andrew Kramer is an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Urology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. His areas of expertise include bladder cancer, erectile dysfunction, male infertility and vasectomy reversal and penile implantation. Dr. Kramer received his Medical Degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Urology, an internship in General Surgery and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Boston University Medical Center. Dr. Kramer was principal investigator of an industry-sponsored registry of outcomes with penile prosthesis for erectile restoration.
