Research Interests

My primary research interest area is the mechanisms of control involved in HIV-1 viral infection. We have been following a cohort of patients who are able to naturally suppress HIV-1 viral replication in the absence of antiretroviral therapy. Areas of particular interest within this cohort are the host mechanisms involved in control of the HIV-1 replication, including immunity.

Clinical Speciality

Infetious Diseases and HIV
