Dr. Harman is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, where he also did his residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology and his Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Upon completion of his training, Dr. Harman joined the clinical staff of the University of Manitoba. In 1997, Dr. Harman joined the clinical staff of the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences.
