Personal History:

Linda B. Horn, PT, DScPT, MHS, NCS is an Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in the School of Medicine, Department of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Science. She was an adjunct instructor for 17 years prior to becoming a fulltime faculty member. She received a BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 1984, Master of Health Science from the University of Indianapolis Krannert School of Physical Therapy in 2003 and Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 2007. She has 25+ years of clinical experience in a variety of clinical settings including acute care, outpatient and home care. She is also a board certified Neurologic Specialist. She is active in the American Physical Therapy Association at both the state and national level.

Clinical Speciality:

Dr. Horn was certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 1993 as a Neurologic Certified Specialist and recertified in 2003 and 2013. She specializes in balance and vestibular disorders in adults as well as fall prevention for older adults.
