Bicentennial Plates
The University of Maryland School of Medicine is pleased to offer its alumni, faculty and staff Bicentennial license plates. By displaying these special license plates, you will demonstrate your pride in the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
Please send your name and address to the Office of Development, 100 N. Greene Street, Suite 600, Baltimore, MD 21201, and the necessary form and information will be mailed to you. You may also contact Edith McKeller, Assistant Director of Development Services, University of Maryland School of Medicine at emckeller@som.umaryland.edu or 410-706-1925 to request the information. Or you can access the application here, print it out and mail the completed form back to the address above. Directions on filling out the form can be found here.
Each set of School of Medicine license plates will cost $25.00 and are available for Maryland residents. Checks should be made payable to the Motor Vehicle Administration, for the total cost of the new Bicentennial license plates.
Please note that along with your new School of Medicine plates, you will receive replacement registration stickers. Also, when you receive your new bicentennial plates, please drop off your old license plates at any MVA office or mail to the following address:
