Project Bridges to Health / Dads
The Home visitation and services integration program for parenting teenagers is a program of the Department of Family Medicine. Its purpose is to improve parenting by adolescent mothers and young fathers, co-parenting by adolescent mothers and young fathers, and life course of the adolescent mother, young gather and child as determined by decrease repeat pregnancy, depressive symptoms, drug involvement school dropout and increased adherence to medical care appointments.
