Clinical Psychology Internship Program

Overview

For over 10 years, the University of Maryland, School of Medicine (UMB) has partnered with the Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System (VAMHCS) to oversee a predoctoral psychology internship consortium. This partnership brought together three long-standing APA accredited psychology internship programs (2 VAMHCS and 1 UMB) to form one psychology internship consortium. The VAMHCS-University of Maryland Baltimore (UMB) Psychology Internship Consortium is an APA accredited internship program with 9 specialty tracks, including 4 UMB tracks (School Mental Health, Early Childhood School Mental Health, Child Outpatient, and Adult Outpatient/Community).
