  Internal Funding

These awards will mostly likely be offered again in the future.

University of Maryland Center of Excellence in Regulatory Science and Innovation (M-CERSI)
Science Exchange and Conference Grants

M-CERSI intends to fund eight (8) Science Exchange and Conference Grants (up to $5,000 per award). The aim of M-CERSI Science Exchange and Conference Grants is to promote scientific exchange between the FDA scientists and academic scientists, as well as industrial scientists. It is expected that the activity involves FDA scientists, academic scientists, and also preferably industrial scientists, concerning a current regulatory science topic. The activity can be held either at a University of Maryland campus, the FDA main campus in White Oak, or elsewhere. Two types of activities are exchanges (e.g. visits by UM staff to FDA and/or FDA staff to UM) and conferences (e.g. at UM or FDA).
