Being located in a major east coast city allows us to provide educational programs to a large concentration of anesthesiologists in our region not currently served by any other endorsed program. Furthermore, we look to leverage our clinical excellence through the University of Maryland Medical Center and University of Maryland Shock Trauma to help advance our efforts.
Our program is located within UMMC and adjacent to the University of Maryland School of Medicine, the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, as well as other key areas in this Level 1 Quaternary Care Center, and has received full written and financial support from all involved organizations. The Baltimore location is convenient to a large number of local anesthesiologists and can be easily reached from many locations in the mid-Atlantic region. The diversity of the support the program currently has with surgeons, obstetricians, pediatricians, intensivists, dentists, and emergency medicine physicians allows us to integrate many different multidisciplinary components into our educational offerings.
Please park at the University Plaza Garage. Bring your parking ticket to the course and a voucher will be provided.
