The Office of Policy and Planning is a bridge for academic and community-based endeavors that address health-related disparities throughout the State of Maryland.

The Office of Policy and Planning accomplishes its mission through the development, implementation and evaluation of culturally competent research, educational, and service delivery programs for underserved populations in urban and rural regions of the State.
