Description and Goals:
Student will have the opportunity to work on research projects with individual faculty members of the department:
- Movement Disorders (Dr. Lisa Shulman and Stephen Reich);
- Cerebrovascular Disease (Drs. Steven Kittner and John Cole);
- Neuromuscular Disease (Dr. Charlene Hafer-Macko);
- Neurolinguistics (Dr. Rita Berndt);
- Neurotrauma and Regeneration (Dr. Paul Fishman);
- Neuroepidemiology (Dr. Steven Kittner);
- Epilepsy and EEG (Dr. Barry);
- Immunologic Changes in Multiple Sclerosis (Dr. Bever)and
- Epilepsy and Status Epilepticus (Dr. Allan Krumholz).
Students will learn the principles and methods of investigating problems. They may be involved with ongoing research or their own individual projects.
