Center for Vaccine Development
The CVD is a unique academic center dedicated to all aspects of vaccine development from basic pathogenesis to large scale clinical trials. Several of the ID clinicians at the University of Maryland have their primary faculty appointments in the CVD.
Department of Microbiology and Immunology
Several ID Division faculty members have joint appointments in and supervise graduate students from this department.
Molecular and Cellular Biology Program The program supports research training leading to the PhD degree in a wide variety of biomedical sciences. Many of the ID faculty are members.

Baltimore Veterans Affairs Medical Center The Baltimore VAMC is one of the primary sites of patient care for the ID Division, with both inpatient consultations and an outpatient ID Clinic.
