Institute of Human Virology
Many of the faculty in the ID Division have primary appointments in this world-renowned research institute.

Center for Vaccine Development
The CVD is a unique academic center dedicated to all aspects of vaccine development from basic pathogenesis to large scale clinical trials.  Several of the ID clinicians at the University of Maryland have their primary faculty appointments in the CVD.

Department of Microbiology and Immunology
Several ID Division faculty members have joint appointments in and supervise graduate students from this department.

Molecular and Cellular Biology Program
The program supports research training leading to the PhD degree in a wide variety of biomedical sciences.  Many of the ID faculty are members.
