RESEARCH INTERESTS

Dr. Standiford is the Medical Director for Infection Control and Antimicrobial Effectiveness. He has extensive experience in clinical research and has publications relating to control of methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus, HIV, and endocarditis. His clinical trial experience includes those in phases I-III in development, using antimicrobial agents singly or in combination, and involving single sites or cooperative ventures.
