Change The Default Address List When Sending Email Messages - (The "To:" Button) in Outlook 2000

From the Inbox screen:
  1. Click Services from the Tools Menu

  2. Click the Addressing tab

  3. In the "Show this address list first" section, click the drop down arrow on the right

  4. Scroll through the selection to locate your preferred choice (Global Address List, Contacts, etc)

  5. Select your preferred choice

  6. Click OK to exit the screen and save your choices.
