Overview
The first of its kind comprehensive symposium will unite world renowned leaders of Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Therapy. This premier meeting will include lectures and discussion on research results, innovative ideas, clinical trials, developments and application for congenital heart disease patients. This national event is expected to draw the attention of surgeons, scientists, cardiologists and PhD researchers across the country. Presented by the UMSOM and the UM Heart and Vascular Center.

This meeting will be of interest to pediatric cardiologist, pediatric cardiac surgeons, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, researchers, administrators and other health care professionals.
Courses Objectives:
At the conclusion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe current cardiac regeneration therapies.
- Discuss current knowledge and outcomes related to ongoing regeneration trials in congenital heart disease patients.
- Integrate current therapies to improve, expand or compliment congenital heart care.
- Utilize networking resources and research initiatives to advance the field of regenerative congenital cell therapy.
