Bionutrition

Bionutrition Services provides for the preparation and delivery of regular and special diets for both outpatient and inpatient research participants. In addition to meal services, Bionutrition Services may provide support in the following areas:

  • Administration of protocol-specific dietary/nutrient questionnaires
  • Development of dietary/nutritional data collection tools
  • Nutritional assessments and analyses
  • Dietary counseling or education sessions
