Ancillary Resources
The GCRC has limited resources to pay for selected ancillary services for research purposes. This resource is available to investigators who do not have funds for these purposes in their grant. Services available include:
- Clinical Laboratory Assays
- Investigational Drug Service
GCRC support is not available to cover the cost of professional fees or laboratory work performed in the investigator's laboratory or other research laboratories. All requested services and assays must be described in the IRB-approved protocol.
The GCRC uses the UMMC Laboratory, which is CLIA and CAP certified. Requests will be reviewed on an individual basis and will be awarded based on available funding.
