Personal History
Dr. Salzberg received his B.A. in biology from Washington University in St. Louis and his M.D. degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He did his internship, residency and fellowship with the Army at Walter Reed Army Medical Center before acting as assistant chief of Nephrology at Brooke Army Medical Center. In 2000, Dr. Salzberg joined the Division of Nephrology at the University of Maryland. He is currently the Program Director for the Nephrologyâ?Ts Fellowship Program, as well as the assistant Clerkship Director for Internal Medicine.Research Interests
Dr. Salzberg has a strong interest in proteinuria, hypertension, and use of RAAS blockade in transplant recipients.Clinical Speciality
